Bujumbura International Montessori School follows the British National Curriculum for teaching from September 2016. BIMS follows Pearson Edexcel qualifications, which are built on the British educational system and accepted by universities worldwide. It offers learners an opportunity to progress, to achieve their learning and career goals, at home and abroad. Our school is an accredited center offering International Advanced level, International General Certificate of Secondary education, and International Lower Secondary and Primary qualifications. Our school follows the same system. BIMS sets out programs of study and attainment targets for all subjects in all key stages using British curriculum.
