BIMS School Carnival Week 2025: A Roaring Success!

The confetti has settled, the music has faded, and the smiles are still wide here at BIMS School! We’ve just wrapped up our incredible Carnival Week 2025, and what a week it was! From start to finish, the school buzzed with excitement, creativity, and a whole lot of fun.

Each day brought a new and exciting theme, allowing our students and staff to truly embrace the spirit of carnival. We saw incredible costumes, joyful energy, and a fantastic sense of community throughout the week.

But the grand finale, the cherry on top of an already amazing week, was undoubtedly our Friday theme: African Aunties and Uncles!

Oh my goodness, what a way to round off the celebrations! The school hallways transformed into a vibrant tapestry of traditional attire, hilarious interpretations, and heartwarming tributes. We saw elegant Gele headwraps, dapper dashikis, and everything in between. The effort and creativity that went into the costumes were truly inspiring.

More importantly, the atmosphere was electric! Laughter echoed through the classrooms and playground as everyone embraced the playful spirit of the theme. It was a joy to witness the students and staff connecting and celebrating in such a unique and culturally rich way.

From the youngest learners to our dedicated teachers, everyone got involved, and the result was pure, unadulterated fun. It was a fantastic reminder of the strong sense of community we have here at BIMS School and the joy we find in celebrating together.

Carnival Week 2025 will undoubtedly be remembered as a highlight of the school year. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, from the organizers to the fantastic individuals who brought their A-game to each and every theme.
