School Fees
School fees can be paid either as a lump sum before the start of the term or in 3 monthly installments; the first payment is to be paid before the start of each term and the following two installments must be paid by the first day of the two subsequent months.
There is a 5% administrative fee for monthly payments.
School Registration Fee: 100.000 Fbu
Please discuss with the Accounts section of BIMS if the monthly payment is requested.
Fees are paid for a full term.
If a child is staying for only a part of the term, the full term fee must be paid.
Once paid, term fees are not refundable unless the whole year has been paid in advance.
Late payment fees:
Late payment of fees is not acceptable and will result in the non-acceptance of the child in class.
